One hour at the barn not enough for your rider? Then our Horsemanship program is what you are looking for! This is a unique program that offers equine knowledge in addition to mounted lessons. This program is ideal for students with an eagerness to learn beyond the saddle.
The Horsemanship Program will run September 4th, 2017 to June 1st, 2018. Horsemanship classes meet Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays: 2:00- 4:00; 3:00- 5:00 & 4:00- 6:00. This two-hour program includes a riding lesson and an unmounted clinic each week. Unmounted topics are tailored to appropriate class skill level. This program is run similar to our Pony Club program and prepares your child to participate in the knowledge and riding standards of the National Pony Club organization.
The 2017-2018 Horsemanship Program costs a total of $2,300 for approximately 38-39 weeks of riding, depending on barn closure dates. We ask for a deposit of $1,150 for the last 5 months (Feb, March, April, May and June). And payments of $230/mo for Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec and Jan. by the 1st of each of these month. (Your last payment will be $230 on Jan 1st. After that the $1,150 deposit pays for Feb, March, April, May & June)
We offer a 10% discount if the program is paid in full with your registration. Cost with discount: $2,070.00. There is no refund should your child drop out except for medical emergencies.
Who Can Sign Up:
This program is open to all students of all ages and skill level.
We do ask if you choose this program to commit to the entire year as this program progresses through the year. The student will need a riding helmet, a boot with a 1/2 –inch heel and long pants.

When you register your child for lessons, we reserve your pony, ring and instructor for your lesson time. We never cancel lessons and there are no refunds or make ups for missed classes, so please choose your lesson day and time carefully. Thanks for your understanding!
